Vini Airlines launches seasonal Mannheim-Berlin flights in May
Vini Airlines will begin direct flights between Mannheim and Berlin in May. The new route will run on a seasonal schedule, operating from May to June and again from September to October. Stuttgart-based E-Aviation (Eisele Flugdienst) will handle the flights using a Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft.
The service will offer regular connections on Mondays and Fridays. Earlier this year, Vini Airlines tested the route in February and reported strong passenger numbers during the trial period. Exact figures for the test week remain undisclosed, but the airline noted high demand in the early days.
Beyond Berlin, Vini Airlines is also planning to expand its network. Additional destinations under consideration include Hamburg, Antwerp, and Dresden. These routes could be introduced in the future, depending on further planning and approvals.
The new Mannheim-Berlin flights will provide a direct link for travellers between the two cities. With seasonal operations and potential expansions, the airline aims to strengthen regional air connectivity. The Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft, operated by E-Aviation, will serve the route starting next month.
