Penguin Solutions achieves elite NVIDIA AI Factory Partner status after decade-long collaboration
Penguin Solutions, Inc. (PENG) has earned NVIDIA AI Factory Specialized Partner status. This recognition places the company among an exclusive group within NVIDIA’s Partner Network. The announcement follows a long-standing collaboration between the two firms on GPU-based infrastructure and large-scale computing solutions. Penguin and NVIDIA have worked together for over a decade. Their partnership includes projects like the Haein AI Factory initiative in South Korea, developed with SK Telecom. The company’s platform supports a wide range of clients, from hyperscale operators to sovereign AI programmes and niche cloud providers.
Recently, Penguin teamed up with Deepgram to launch an inference platform for voice and language processing. The new NVIDIA designation is expected to help Penguin expand further into enterprise, sovereign, and neocloud markets.
On the stock market, PENG shares initially gained momentum, briefly rising above $70. By the close of trading, they settled at $67.07, a drop of 1.29%. The specialized partner status strengthens Penguin’s position in AI infrastructure. It also highlights the company’s role in high-performance computing and enterprise solutions. The market reaction reflected mixed investor sentiment following the announcement.
