Primorsky Krai's new industrial park nears halfway completion with six early tenants

Primorsky Krai Governor recently visited a new industrial park under construction in Bolshoy Kamen. The site covers over 170 hectares and is already about 45% complete in its first phase. Six companies have registered as residents so far. The industrial park offers attractive conditions for businesses. Residents enjoy below-market rental rates for facilities. They also benefit from tax and fee incentives under two special regimes: the Bolshoy Kamen Advanced Development Territory and the Free Port of Vladivostok.

The park will host enterprises producing modern building materials. Local manufacturing is expected to cut logistics costs and reduce housing prices per square metre. The Primorsky Construction Materials Plant will be the first to start production in October 2026. The industrial park aims to boost local industry and lower construction costs. Its incentives and strategic location are designed to attract more businesses. The first production launch is scheduled for late 2026.
