Kazakh Prosecutors Teach Kids Safety Through Play at Astana Summer Camp

The Nura District Prosecutor’s Office recently organised a preventive outreach event for children. It took place at a summer camp run by Gymnasium No. 97 in Astana. The initiative aimed to teach safe behaviour during the summer holidays. The event was part of the 'Law and Order' initiative. It used an interactive, game-based format to engage the young participants. Children learned about fraud prevention, road safety, water safety, and the fundamentals of legal culture.

The organisers also sought to improve legal literacy among the children. Another key goal was to prevent offences involving young people. At the end, certificates of commendation and awards were given to the most active attendees. The session provided practical knowledge on staying safe and understanding the law. It also encouraged responsible behaviour through hands-on activities. The event concluded with recognition for the children who participated most enthusiastically.
