Bankrupt Selkhozenergo LLC auctions off power assets after years of losses

Selkhozenergo LLC, a company specialising in electricity transmission and grid connection services, has been declared bankrupt. Owned by Alexander Tokarev, the firm was founded in 2014 and is based in Chkalovsky settlement. Liquidation proceedings began in August 2025 after years of financial struggles. From 2018 to 2024, the company reported annual losses, totalling over 78.8 million rubles. This long period of financial difficulty ultimately led to its collapse.

An auction has now been announced to sell off its remaining assets. A total of 10 lots are available, including transformer substations and overhead power transmission lines. Among the items are BKTP transformer substations at Lenin Street, 9th Leninskaya Street, 22 Dekabrya Street, and Klyuchevaya Street.

The auction also features 10 kV overhead power lines and transformer substations in Morozovka village. Additionally, a 396-square-metre land plot near Dmitriev Street and a 2020 Lada Largus vehicle are included. The total estimated value of all property is approximately 22.9 million rubles. The sale of these assets marks the final stage of liquidation for Selkhozenergo LLC. The auction offers a range of specialised electrical infrastructure and supporting property. The proceeds will go towards settling the company’s outstanding debts.
