Chengdu Airlines relaunches direct Vladivostok-Shenyang flights after hiatus
Chengdu Airlines has resumed its regular flights between Vladivostok and Shenyang. The route connects one of China’s largest cities to Russia’s Far East, offering a direct link with no alternatives. The airline previously operated this route in 2025 but has now reinstated the service. Flights run twice weekly, using an Airbus A320 aircraft. Each journey takes around 1.5 hours.
Shenyang Taoxian International Airport serves as the destination, located 20 kilometres south of Shenyang’s city centre. Chengdu Airlines, based in Sichuan Province, mainly focuses on domestic Chinese routes, with its primary hub at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. The resumed service strengthens air travel between Vladivostok and Shenyang. Passengers now have a direct, twice-weekly option for travel between the two cities. The route remains the only available connection for this journey.
