Turkish airline Southwind Airlines launched its first flight on the Antalya–Krasnodar–Antalya route on March 26. The aircraft was greeted at Krasnodar's airport—the capital of Kuban—with a traditional water cannon salute. The flight to the Turkish resort departed fully booked, carrying 179 passengers.

According to Krasnodar Airport's press service, daily flights to Antalya will be operated using Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Departures from Krasnodar are scheduled for 9:40 AM, with arrivals at the Turkish resort at 12:00 PM. Return flights will leave Antalya at 6:20 AM and land in Krasnodar at 8:30 AM.

As previously reported, the airport's spring-summer schedule, effective March 29, includes flights to 26 destinations. International routes for the summer season will cover Turkey (Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum), Armenia (Yerevan), Georgia (Tbilisi, Batumi), and Egypt (Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh).

The highest number of carriers operate on Turkish routes. Flights between Krasnodar and Istanbul will be served by Azimuth, Aeroflot, and Pobeda Airlines. Passengers traveling to Antalya's resorts can choose flights with Azimuth, Aeroflot, iFly Airlines, as well as new Turkish carriers—Southwind Airlines, Air Anka, and TailWind. Red Wings will begin scheduled flights to Bodrum in June.
