Air Baltic Unveils Winter 2026/2027 Flight Schedule, Adding Twelve New Routes
Latvian carrier Air Baltic has announced its winter timetable for 2026/2027, expanding its network with a dozen new destinations.
The airline will launch weekly flights from the Finnish ski resort of Kuusamo to Berlin and Hamburg starting December 12. In addition to the two German routes, Air Baltic will introduce services from Kuusamo to Manchester and London Gatwick. A new Riga–Kuusamo connection will also take off on December 11.
From its seasonal base on Gran Canaria, the airline will add flights to Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, and Liège beginning October 25 and 26, each served twice weekly.
Tenerife will become Air Baltic's newest seasonal hub, with flights to Liège (twice weekly), Ljubljana (twice weekly), and Palanga (once weekly) launching on October 27.
Mantas Vrubliauskas, Vice President of Network Management at Air Baltic, stated that the expansion—balancing sun-seeking destinations like Gran Canaria and Tenerife with winter sports routes from Kuusamo—reflects the airline's strategy to diversify its network in response to shifting travel demand.
