Yakutskenergo honors young innovators at Korolev Scientific Readings
Yakutskenergo (part of the RusHydro Group) continues its systematic efforts to support children's creative and scientific projects. On the eve of the event, the company presented gifts to the winners of the 5th Jubilee Interregional Youth Scientific Readings named after Sergei Korolev. The forum brought together young researchers from across the republic, serving as a unique platform for presenting reports, exchanging ideas, and receiving expert advice from industry professionals.
The award ceremony took place at the Fyodor Avdeyev Palace of Children's Creativity. Prizes on behalf of the energy company were presented by Yelena Sherstylo, head of the personnel department. Yakutskenergo recognized participants in Section No. 5, "Aerospace Engineering." Following the in-person stage, Alexander Petukhov took first place in the 6th–8th grade category, with Daniil Popov in second and Vladimir Kurmanov in third. In the 9th–11th grade category, Kira Spiridonova claimed victory, Maksim Kudrevatykh placed second, and Dyulustan Makarov-Danilov took third.
"The company's leadership views participation in such initiatives as an investment in the future of our region and the country as a whole," Sherstylo noted. "We conduct ongoing career guidance, engaging children from an early age. Supporting talented youth remains one of Yakutskenergo's top priorities."
Yakutskenergo regularly partners with scientific and creative projects aimed at unlocking children's potential and will continue to encourage young talents whose ideas and hard work lay the foundation for the region's technological future.
