Women lead Vladivostok's real estate boom with family-first priorities
A new study by FSK Region has revealed the key trends among real estate buyers in Vladivostok. The research highlights who is purchasing property and what factors influence their decisions. Safety, privacy, and family needs play a major role in shaping choices. The analysis shows that women aged 31 to 45 with one or two children make up the majority of buyers. They dominate purchases in both comfort-class and business-class housing segments. Many of these decisions come from a desire to expand living space or improve daily life.
Comfort-class buyers focus on practical benefits. They prioritise move-in-ready finishes and favourable financial terms. In contrast, business-class clients place greater importance on landscaped surroundings and easy transport links. Gated courtyard areas also rank high in importance for all buyers, reflecting concerns about security and privacy.
Roman Kapinos, First Deputy CEO of FSK Region, commented on the findings. He noted that women are not only the primary buyers but also the main initiators of property purchases. Their preferences shape demand for family-friendly and secure living environments. The study confirms that women drive Vladivostok’s real estate market, particularly in mid-range and premium housing. Their priorities—safety, convenience, and space—directly influence developers and sellers. These trends are likely to guide future property designs and marketing strategies in the region.
