Vladivostok's ZAGS offices announce temporary closures in early May

Vladivostok’s civil registry offices (ZAGS) have announced temporary closures and limited services in early May. The changes will affect marriage registrations and other administrative procedures over several days. Residents should plan ahead for the adjusted schedule. The offices will close completely on May 3 and 4. No services will be available during this period.

Normal operations will return from May 5 to 7. However, marriage registrations on May 2 will only take place at ZAGS Office No. 2.

On May 8, registrations will expand to three locations: Offices No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3. After this, all branches will shut again from May 9 to 11.

Full services will finally resume on May 12, with all offices reopening as usual. The temporary closures mean some couples may need to reschedule their registrations. Those planning to visit should check the ZAGS website for updates. The offices will return to their regular timetable after May 11.
