Viva.com and BlueStar unite to streamline European commerce solutions
Viva.com and BlueStar have announced a new strategic partnership to improve integrated commerce solutions in Europe. The collaboration brings together Viva.com's payment and embedded finance platform with BlueStar's hardware and distribution expertise. Both companies aim to simplify cross-border commerce for businesses and software providers.
The partnership creates a fully integrated system covering device setup, software integration, payment processing, and banking services. By combining their strengths, the two firms plan to help merchants and independent software vendors launch solutions faster and with less complexity. Viva.com's software-first approach ensures compliance with local regulations while offering scalable banking and financing tools.
Maurice van Rijn, a representative from BlueStar, explained that the deal strengthens their role in the changing payments industry. It allows them to provide fully integrated, value-added solutions to customers. Michele Petrelli from Viva.com added that the partnership introduces a distribution-ready model designed to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
The new solution will be demonstrated at EuroShop 2026, taking place in Dusseldorf from February 22 to 26. Attendees will see live examples of the integrated system working across different merchant sectors and hardware setups.
The collaboration between Viva.com and BlueStar targets businesses looking for a single, streamlined commerce solution. It removes the need for multiple providers by offering a unified platform for payments, software, and hardware. The partnership's impact will be on display at EuroShop 2026, where real-world applications will be showcased.
