VinFast's VF MPV 7 electric vehicle debuts in the Philippines with bold pricing
VinFast has officially launched its VF MPV 7 electric vehicle in the Philippines. The 7-seater MPV aims to redefine family travel with advanced features and competitive pricing. Alongside the launch, the company is expanding its dealership and aftersales network to support growing demand for electric mobility. The VF MPV 7 enters the market with two pricing options. Customers can purchase the vehicle outright for PHP 1,518,000, battery included. Alternatively, a battery subscription model reduces the upfront cost to PHP 1,239,000, with monthly fees starting at PHP 2,700 for up to 2,000 km of travel.
Fast-charging technology allows the MPV to go from 10% to 70% charge in around 30 minutes. On a full charge, the vehicle offers a driving range of up to 450 km. Its spacious design includes a 2,840 mm wheelbase, catering to larger families.
To encourage adoption, VinFast is offering free charging at V-Green stations until March 2029. The company also provides a 7-year or 160,000 km vehicle warranty, alongside a 10-year or 200,000 km battery warranty. Orders open on May 5, 2026, with a special promotion for the first 1,000 buyers.
Antonio Zara, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia, described the VF MPV 7 as a major upgrade for Filipino families. He added that the model sets a new standard in the MPV segment. The company’s policies aim to simplify the shift to electric vehicles while improving long-term ownership benefits. The VF MPV 7 combines affordability, performance, and warranty coverage to appeal to Filipino buyers. With expanded dealership support and fast-charging infrastructure, VinFast is positioning itself as a key player in the country’s electric vehicle market. Orders begin next year, with early adopters receiving exclusive incentives.
