Three EV suppliers merge to form Dielectric Manufacturing Group
Three specialist manufacturers have merged to create Dielectric Manufacturing Group. The new company will serve as a single-source supplier for electric vehicle (EV) makers. Its focus covers precision plastic and metal parts, machining, fabrication and custom busbar solutions. The group brings together Dielectric Manufacturing, EMS Industrial and Centerline Machine. Dielectric Manufacturing has over 60 years of experience in machining and fabricating custom metal and plastic components. EMS Industrial, established in 2000, specialises in copper, aluminium and custom busbar systems for automotive, power generation and utility sectors.
Centerline Machine adds expertise in precision machining for critical industrial applications. Together, the companies offer design support from early concepts through to full production, handling both small and large volumes. Their services also include in-house quality control, assembly, kitting and inventory management.
All three firms have maintained strong records for on-time deliveries. The combined team now holds hundreds of years of engineering experience. This merger creates one of the broadest single-source offerings available for EV manufacturers. Dielectric Manufacturing Group now provides a full range of services for electric vehicle producers. The merger aims to streamline supply chains by offering machining, fabrication and busbar solutions under one provider. Customers will also benefit from the group’s long-standing reputation for reliability and technical expertise.
