Tây Ninh races to expand 100 industrial parks by 2026 with eco-smart focus
Tây Ninh Province is pushing ahead with plans to expand its industrial parks, aiming for 100 zones covering over 31,300 hectares. Currently, 51 parks are operational, with another 17 projects—spanning 5,000 hectares—undergoing investment procedures. The province is now focusing on speeding up infrastructure and attracting high-tech, eco-friendly businesses. The province has instructed investors to fast-track technical infrastructure in existing and upcoming industrial parks. They must also work closely with local authorities to handle land clearance and legal processes. The Tây Ninh Economic Zone Authority will support businesses in overcoming legal hurdles to keep projects on schedule.
Several parks, including Nam Tân Tập, Tandoland, and Bình Hòa Nam 1, are set to welcome businesses by 2026. The province is prioritising eco-industrial and smart industrial parks that meet international Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. This push aligns with broader efforts to boost industrial growth and meet socio-economic targets by 2026. New projects must follow approved planning guidelines and improve infrastructure quality. The focus remains on attracting hi-tech, supporting industries, and sustainable investments to drive long-term development.
The expansion and modernisation of industrial parks are key to Tây Ninh’s economic strategy. With 51 parks already running and more under construction, the province expects faster industrial growth. The emphasis on smart, eco-friendly zones and streamlined procedures aims to secure high-value investments in the coming years.
