Sunday Natural Logistics secures prime warehouse space in Viersen-Mackenstein
Demand for modern, sustainable logistics spaces remains strong in North Rhine-Westphalia, according to property consultancy Aconlog. The latest deal involves Sunday Natural Logistics, a dietary supplement provider, securing a long-term lease in a new Viersen-Mackenstein facility still under construction. Sunday Natural Logistics, a subsidiary of Sunday Natural Products, has signed a lease for a 8,340-square-metre unit in the upcoming multi-tenant property. The space includes 6,820 square metres of warehouse area, around 700 square metres of office and social zones, and an additional 820 square metres of mezzanine storage.
The facility is strategically located near the A61 and A52 highways, ensuring quick access to key markets. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2026. BNP Paribas Real Estate Düsseldorf brokered the agreement. Igor Matus, Managing Director of Sunday Natural Logistics GmbH, highlighted the company’s commitment to high quality standards and operational transparency. A second unit, offering roughly 9,140 square metres of warehouse space, is still available for lease.
The deal reflects ongoing interest in well-located, sustainable logistics hubs in the region. Once finished, the Viersen-Mackenstein site will provide Sunday Natural with a modern base for its distribution operations. The remaining unit offers further opportunities for businesses seeking similar space.
