QoQa Launches Cutting-Edge Automated Logistics Hub in Switzerland
Swiss e-commerce company QoQa has opened a new automated logistics hub in Éclépens. The facility is designed to support the company’s rapid growth and streamline its operations. QoQa serves over a million members with daily deals across multiple product categories. The distribution centre processes around 130 pallets, 21,700 individual items, and 7,500 shipments every day. It manages both long-term stored inventory and direct-ship goods, including bundle picking.
The facility features high-bay warehouses, stacker cranes, conveyors, pick-to-light workstations, and flow racks. The KiSoft WMS warehouse management system controls stock, storage locations, and orders within the site. Total storage capacity reaches 371,901 individual items, with 30% additional space reserved for future needs.
QoQa developed the automated solution in partnership with Knapp. Baptiste Lopez, Logistics Project Manager at QoQa, highlighted Knapp’s role in delivering a smooth end-to-end logistics system. The new hub provides QoQa with a modern, scalable platform for its logistics. The automated processes and extra capacity reserves are set to improve efficiency and support further expansion. The company can now handle growing demand more effectively.
