Omsk's Kirovsky District to get a luxury bathhouse and dining complex by 2026
A new bathhouse complex is planned for Omsk’s Kirovsky District, featuring saunas, spa zones, and dining options. The project involves multiple businesses, including a newly registered company linked to a well-known local entrepreneur.
The development sits just 250 metres from 18 Konev Street, with construction overseen by a firm tied to another prominent figure in the city. The bathhouse project is being developed by Promstroykompleks-Service LLC, owned by Shamil Shikhmirzaev. Plans include a large complex with saunas, spa areas, an outdoor pool, and restaurants.
On June 5, 2026, a new company called Art Termy LLC was registered, suggesting a connection to the bathhouse business. Sergey Martoyan, founder of Art Termy LLC, is also a co-owner of Syrovarnya-Omsk LLC. This company holds the rights to the Syrovarnya Restaurant and Syrovarnya Cheese Shop & Rustic Restaurant brands.
Meanwhile, Syrovarnya Restaurant is set to open on Gagarin Street. Sergey Martoyan’s father, Karen Martoyan, owns Art Remstroy, another local business. The family’s involvement spans both restaurant and leisure ventures in Omsk. The bathhouse complex will bring new amenities to the Kirovsky District, including dining and wellness facilities. With multiple businesses and developers involved, the project reflects broader investment in Omsk’s hospitality sector. Construction and licensing details are expected to unfold as the plans progress.
