Noah and Sumsub Partner to Transform Global Financial Onboarding with Reusable IDs
Noah has teamed up with Sumsub to revolutionize how financial firms onboard users globally. The partnership introduces reusable identity verification, reducing delays and enhancing security for clients. Early results show significant improvements in speed, accuracy, and user retention.
The collaboration enables Noah's clients to verify users swiftly using Sumsub's automated systems. By leveraging identity data from Sumsub's network of 4,000+ institutions, customers bypass repetitive checks. This has slashed verification times by up to 70% and halved screening reviews through integration with ComplyAdvantage.
Since the partnership began, Noah's clients have reported a 220% annual increase in successful verifications. Onboarding now takes 63% less time, and user drop-off rates have fallen by 56%. Noah retains full regulatory control, ensuring compliance remains robust even when reusable identities are applied.
The move aligns with the growing adoption of digital ID systems worldwide. Seven countries, including Estonia, Sweden, and Germany, already use government-backed digital IDs compatible with reusable KYC. Meanwhile, the EU is testing EUDI Wallets, with around 12 member states expected to roll them out by late 2026.
Noah's long-term vision is to embed reusable identity as a core component of financial infrastructure. The partnership has nearly doubled its monthly KYC capacity, helping clients expand into new markets faster.
The deal between Noah and Sumsub sets a new standard for financial onboarding. Faster, more secure verification is now achievable at scale, with measurable gains in efficiency and compliance. Both companies aim to make reusable identity a standard feature in modern finance.
