Nizhny Novgorod's Route E-11 extends evening service with new electric bus
Route E-11 in Nizhny Novgorod will run later from next week. The change comes after a new electric bus joined the fleet. Passengers will now have extra evening services on this route. Starting May 7, the last departure from Proletarskaya metro station will shift from 5:26 p.m. to 6:02 p.m. The final trip from Plotnikova Street will also leave later, at 6:24 p.m. instead of 5:48 p.m.
The extension follows the addition of a mid-size electric PAZ e-Citymax 9 bus. This new vehicle can carry up to 77 passengers at once. Its introduction allows for longer operating hours on the route.
The updated schedule gives travellers more time to use Route E-11 in the evenings. With the new electric bus in service, the line now runs nearly 40 minutes longer each day. The changes take effect from Tuesday, May 7.
