Nizhny Novgorod Approves New Semi-Subterranean Parking Garage
A new semi-subterranean parking garage has received approval in Nizhny Novgorod. The Architectural Council greenlit the urban and architectural design last week. The project will now move forward under the management of a local construction firm. The parking facility will sit in the Sovetskiy District, near the intersection of Svetlogorsky Lane and Gagarin Avenue. Its location was chosen to ease congestion in a busy part of the city.
Standard Construction Company LLC, also known as OOO 'SZ Standard', is overseeing the build. The firm will handle both design and construction phases as the project progresses.
With the council’s approval secured, work on the garage can begin. The semi-subterranean design aims to blend into the urban landscape while providing much-needed parking. Completion timelines and further details are expected to be announced soon.
