Netherlands releases 2023–2024 electric commercial vehicle mileage data
Data on the number of commercial vehicles by annual mileage category and vehicle type in 2023, alongside the number of company and privately owned vans by neighborhood in 2024.
The tables include figures on lorries, tractor units, and vans categorized by annual mileage in 2023, supplemented by annual mileage data for fully electric vehicles by type. Additionally, they provide average annual mileage for vehicle categories, combining our website's classification with the European vehicle classification system. Finally, the data covers the number of vans by neighborhood (parking locations) in 2024, distinguishing between business and private use. For company vans, parking data is further detailed with energy consumption, year of manufacture, and annual mileage categories.
The tables were funded by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and developed in collaboration with ElaadNL.
