The Maritime Congress – Far East will return in 2026 after a successful first event. Held in Vladivostok in 2024, the inaugural gathering attracted more than 1,500 delegates from 34 regions and 11 countries. Organisers now expect even greater participation next year. The 2026 edition will take place on Russky Island from May 27 to May 29. Around 2,000 industry professionals are set to attend, up from the previous congress. The event has secured official backing from the Primorsky Territory government.
Key discussions will focus on shipbuilding, maritime logistics, and the Northern Sea Route. Delegates will explore strategic decisions shaping the region’s maritime future.
The congress builds on the momentum of its 2024 launch. With expanded attendance and high-level support, it aims to strengthen cooperation in the Far East’s maritime sector. Topics will include infrastructure, trade routes, and industry growth.
