MAGADAN, March 25 – The Magadan Region Transport Ministry reports that the Magadan–Balaagannoye–Talon highway is now open to all vehicles, though traffic between the 20th and 26th kilometers is restricted to a single lane. Road crews continue clearing mountain pass sections.

Drivers are strongly urged to strictly obey traffic signs and adhere to speed limits.
