Kuwait's Amir unveils new leadership for Anti-Corruption Authority Nazaha

Kuwait's Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, met with Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait on Monday. The meeting introduced the newly appointed leadership of the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha). During the audience, the Minister of Justice presented His Highness the Amir to Dr. Rana Al-Faris, the new Chairperson of Nazaha. She was officially appointed on March 25, 2026, for a four-year term.

The new board also includes Deputy Chairperson Dr. Majed Al-Deihani and members Rania Al-Fulaij, Dr. Abdullah Al-Dabbous, and Dhay Al-Otaibi. All were sworn in following a recent Amiri decree that formalised their roles.

The appointments mark a new phase for Nazaha under its updated leadership. Dr. Al-Faris and the board will now oversee the authority's anti-corruption efforts for the next four years.
