Kuwait Petroleum launches 40 oil and gas tenders in a single day

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and its subsidiaries launched 40 tenders and requests for proposals in one day. The move marks a significant push for new contracts across various oil and gas operations. Six companies submitted bids for sand control services in western Kuwait oilfields. Al-Dali International offered the lowest bid at KD 1.09 million. All submitted offers have now been sent to technical committees for financial and operational review before final awards.

For water separation facility operation services, six firms entered bids. The proposals ranged from KD 2.24 million to nearly KD 5.9 million. In another category, six companies competed for deep drilling pipe supply contracts, with bids spanning KD 23.9 million to KD 42.4 million.

Five companies vied for advanced production casings and pipes contracts. Their bids varied from approximately KD 424,000 to over KD 4.3 million. Alpha Medical Company also submitted revised pricing for dental instruments and implants, reducing its offer gradually from KD 1.97 million to KD 1.848 million.

In total, five major contracts were awarded. These cover drilling operations, production pipelines, sand control, environmental services, and specialised medical equipment for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). The tenders represent a broad effort to secure essential services and equipment for KPC and its subsidiaries. Technical committees will now assess the bids before making final contract decisions.
