Krasnodar extends parking payment deadline to ease driver frustrations
Krasnodar extends parking payment deadline to ease driver frustrations
Starting April 1, 2026, Krasnodar will introduce changes to its municipal parking system. Drivers will now have until the end of the following day to pay for their parking after their vehicle has left the space. The decision was approved by city mayor Yevgeny Naumov.
The new rule comes in response to public requests, as residents had faced technical difficulties when trying to pay after parking on the same day. Naumov noted that drivers often missed payment deadlines due to mobile internet outages or other issues.
Parking fees can now be settled via the mobile app or through the user account on the official city website before 11:59 PM the next day. In case of technical problems, drivers can contact the hotline at +7 (861) 204-02-04.
Krasnodar Region's first extended post-payment system—allowing up to three days to settle fees—was introduced in Anapa, where similar mobile connectivity challenges had also prompted reforms.
