Komsomolsk-on-Amur restores bus routes after early pipeline repair success
A major repair of the heating pipeline on Truda Avenue, 58, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur has finished ahead of schedule. The work began on June 1, causing temporary changes to local bus routes. Now, public transport has returned to its usual service.
The overhaul started on June 1, forcing buses to take alternative routes. Engineers initially expected the repairs to last until June 11. However, the team completed the work sooner than planned.
As of June 9, buses No. 8, 11, 14, 19, and 25 have resumed their original schedules. Passengers can now use these services without disruption. The city administration has also noted that further changes to public transport routes may occur in 2026.
The early completion of the pipeline repairs has restored normal bus operations. Residents relying on routes 8, 11, 14, 19, and 25 can travel as usual. Future adjustments to the transport network remain under consideration for 2026.
