Khabarovsk Unveils Historic Hub for Entrepreneurs and Investors
Khabarovsk is set to open a new business hub called the House of Entrepreneurs. The facility will act as a central space for local companies, investors, and government support services. Its doors will welcome all entrepreneurs across the Khabarovsk Territory. The House of Entrepreneurs will occupy a historic building at 15 Lenin Street. This site was once the residence of Alexander Plyusnin, a notable local figure. Around the building, a new public garden has been landscaped to improve the area.
Inside, the hub will host key offices, including the Business Rights Commissioner and the head of the Agency for Investment Promotion and Innovation Development (APIRI). The governor’s investment reception office will also operate from the premises. Entrepreneurs can collaborate directly with specialists from APIRI and the regional Ministry of Economic Development to refine their projects.
Beyond office functions, the space will serve as a venue for business gatherings. Forums, roundtables, and seminars will take place there, offering networking and learning opportunities. The facility aims to become a focal point for economic activity in the region. The House of Entrepreneurs will provide a dedicated space for business growth and government interaction. With its mix of support services, event spaces, and investment resources, the hub is designed to strengthen Khabarovsk’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The project repurposes a historic building while adding modern amenities for local companies.
