Jakarta to Host Landmark AI and Finance Events in July 2026

Trescon has announced two major events in Jakarta on 7-8 July 2026: the World AI Show Indonesia and the launch of Finance 2045. These gatherings will unite thousands of leaders to discuss AI expansion, digital banking, and investment trends. The events align with Indonesia’s ambitious national plan, Golden Indonesia 2045, which aims to transform the country into a high-income, tech-driven economy by 2045.

The World AI Show Indonesia will attract over 1,000 business and technology leaders, alongside 30 sponsors, 40 speakers, and 40 media partners. Topics will centre on scaling AI across industries, with a focus on enterprise solutions and innovation.

Finance 2045, running alongside the AI show, expects more than 2,000 senior stakeholders. This includes 500 enterprises and SMEs, 300 financial and banking leaders, 100 government policymakers, and 100 investors. Discussions will explore AI’s growing role in payments, fraud prevention, and credit systems. Indonesia’s digital economy is booming, with a projected gross merchandise value exceeding USD 130 billion. The AI market alone is forecast to surpass USD 10 billion by 2030. With a population of over 270 million, the country is rapidly adopting digital technologies, making it a key player in Southeast Asia’s tech growth.

Both events will highlight the merging of AI and financial services, offering a platform for partnerships and policy discussions. The outcomes could shape Indonesia’s path toward its 2045 economic goals. Organisers anticipate concrete collaborations between businesses, investors, and regulators during the two-day programme.
