Gazprom PJSC has successfully closed its latest bond issue, raising funds on the Russian market. The company initially opened the order book with a minimum volume of 25 billion rubles but saw strong demand from investors. This marks Gazprom's largest ruble-denominated classic bond placement since October 2023.

The bond issue began with a minimum volume of 25 billion rubles and an initial spread of no more than 160 basis points over the key rate. Institutional investors showed significant interest, while retail demand alone exceeded 800 million rubles.

After closing, the total volume doubled to 50 billion rubles. The spread also tightened to 150 basis points over the key rate, reflecting strong market confidence. Gazprombank acted as the placement agent for the transaction, with settlement scheduled for February 24, 2026.

The bond issue demonstrates Gazprom's ability to secure large-scale financing in rubles. The final volume of 50 billion rubles and the reduced spread indicate robust investor demand. Settlement will proceed in early 2026, with Gazprombank overseeing the process.
