FormFactor Board Member Kevin Brewer Announces Retirement After Decades of Leadership

Kevin Brewer, a long-serving director at FormFactor, will retire from the company's board after his current term ends. His departure comes ahead of the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, where he will not seek re-election. The decision follows a decade of leadership in finance and operations at Axcelis Technologies, Inc., alongside his contributions to FormFactor's governance committees.

Brewer joined FormFactor's board with a strong background in financial and operational leadership. From 1999 to 2023, he held multiple senior roles at Axcelis Technologies, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations. His tenure there spanned nearly 25 years, with his most recent position running from July 2013 to October 2023.

At FormFactor, Brewer served on both the Audit Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee. His expertise in finance and operations made him a key figure in guiding the company's strategic decisions. FormFactor, a leading supplier of test and measurement technologies for the semiconductor industry, has benefited from his insights during his time on the board.

Tom St. Dennis, chairperson of FormFactor, acknowledged Brewer's contributions as exceptional. The company confirmed that his decision to step down was not linked to any disputes over operations, policies, or practices. His retirement marks the end of a term characterised by active involvement in corporate governance and financial oversight.

Brewer's final board meeting will take place before the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 15. His departure leaves a gap in FormFactor's leadership, particularly in financial and operational oversight. The company will now prepare to appoint a successor to continue his work on the board.
