Expresso Unveils Lyft2move Cleanroom Lift for High-Tech Industries at LogiMAT 2026

Expresso Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG will present its latest innovation, the Lyft2move cleanroom, at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart. The mobile lifting and transport device is designed for industries like electronics, semiconductors, and optics, meeting strict cleanroom standards. Certification by the Fraunhofer Institute confirms its compliance with ISO Class 5 requirements under ISO 14644.

The Lyft2move cleanroom is built from stainless steel and aluminium, with surfaces engineered to minimise particle generation and simplify cleaning. Its 24-volt lead-fleece battery, rated at 18 amp-hours, supports a maximum load of 180 kilograms. The system's versatility allows for rotating, flipping, lifting, lowering, positioning, and transporting workpieces.

The device includes a built-in VPC position control system, letting users pre-program up to eight custom lift heights and speeds. Expresso also offers modular components, enabling tailored solutions for load capacities, lift heights, gripping mechanisms, and control elements.

Alongside the new lift system, the company will showcase Expresso Connect, a cellular-based IoT solution for OEM integration and retrofitting. This follows recent work on a multi-axis handling system for an e-mobility manufacturer, with expectations of rising demand in semiconductor and electronics production.

The Lyft2move cleanroom provides a certified, adaptable solution for high-precision industries. Its modular design and cleanroom compatibility aim to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing environments. The system will be available for demonstration at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart.
