Eltropy Promotes Kavitha Nalla to CFO Amid 441% Revenue Surge and AI Push
Eltropy has named Kavitha Nalla as its new Chief Financial Officer. The move follows a period of rapid expansion for the company, with revenue soaring by 441% since she joined in early 2022. Her promotion comes as the firm shifts its focus toward AI-driven execution to accelerate growth. Nalla first arrived at Eltropy in March 2022 as Vice President of Finance. Within months, she took on broader responsibilities, rising to Senior Vice President of Finance and HR. Under her leadership, the company has not only boosted revenue but also grown its workforce by 48%.
During her tenure, Eltropy completed three key acquisitions: Marsview, Popio, and Lexop. These deals align with the company’s strategy to move beyond conversation tools and embrace AI-powered solutions. Before Eltropy, Nalla held senior finance roles at PeopleShores, Hitachi Vantara, and Sierra Atlantic. As CFO, she will now oversee the finance and accounting teams while continuing to manage HR. CEO Ashish Garg highlighted her impact on financial discipline and investment planning. Her appointment is seen as a step to reinforce the company’s foundation for long-term scaling.
Nalla’s promotion reflects Eltropy’s push for faster growth and deeper market influence. The company’s revenue and workforce have expanded significantly under her financial leadership. Her role will now focus on driving further execution through AI and strategic investments.
