ClearBank and Fiat Republic team up to revolutionize euro crypto payments
ClearBank has partnered with crypto banking firm Fiat Republic to improve euro payment access. The deal marks the first use of ClearBank’s new SEPA Indirect product. Fiat Republic will now offer faster and more secure cross-border transactions for its customers. The partnership allows Fiat Republic to operate under its own European BICs and IBANs. This move gives the company greater operational independence. ClearBank handles scheme access and settlement, making direct participation simpler for clients.
The SEPA Indirect model is designed with strong resilience and compliance standards. It also enables virtual IBANs, letting businesses manage payments under their own branding. Fiat Republic’s CEO, Adam Bialy, called the collaboration a major milestone in crypto banking.
ClearBank’s CEO for Europe, Tristan Kirchner, added that unreliable euro payments should never slow down growth. The company plans to launch more European products this year as part of its expansion strategy. Fiat Republic becomes the first client to use ClearBank’s SEPA Indirect solution. The system promises quicker, more dependable cross-border payments. Both firms expect the partnership to support further growth in digital banking services.
