CIGA Design's $1,999 Tourbillon Watch Redefines Affordable Luxury
Chinese watchmaker CIGA Design has launched a new high-end model, the Hunter Tourbillon. Priced at $1,999, it combines luxury features with a more accessible price point. The brand continues to challenge expectations for affordable mechanical timepieces. The Hunter Tourbillon stands out with its large 47.45 x 41.50mm tonneau case, crafted from Grade 5 titanium. Inside, the watch houses an in-house Caliber CD-011—a hand-wound skeleton tourbillon with twin mainspring barrels and 26 jewels. Its movement runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and offers a 72-hour power reserve.
The design includes a skeleton dial with six open-worked bridges and eleven applied markers, coated with dark green Swiss Super-LumiNova. Water resistance is rated at 5 ATM, making it suitable for everyday wear. Buyers receive both a Grade 2 titanium H-link bracelet and a backup fluororubber strap. The watch is available in three colour options: Carbon, Silver, and Blue. Early access is now open through CIGA’s official website.
The Hunter Tourbillon expands CIGA Design’s lineup of high-specification watches at a competitive price. With its tourbillon movement, titanium construction, and multiple strap options, it targets collectors seeking luxury without the premium cost. The model is now available for purchase online.
