Altitude Raises $18M to Revolutionize Stablecoin-Based Financial Operations
Altitude, a financial operating system built on stablecoin technology, has secured $18 million in fresh funding. The investment round, led by Solana Ventures, pushes the company’s total funding to $42.9 million. Since its launch, the platform has already processed over $200 million in payments for businesses and individuals worldwide. Altitude’s system runs on a stablecoin-based infrastructure, separating treasury and payments from traditional banking. This setup allows funds to move instantly, 24/7, at minimal cost. Unlike many financial platforms, Altitude does not hold customer funds—treasury is stored in stablecoins, ensuring transparency and speed.
The company’s security backbone, Squads Protocol, manages asset custody and money movement, safeguarding over $10 billion in value. To bridge gaps with traditional finance, Altitude partners with licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs) when access to banking rails is required. Compliance and security are reinforced through a proprietary engine, with controls enforced at every transaction layer.
Customers choose Altitude for its global reach, multi-currency support, and programmable financial controls. Kash Dhanda, the company’s COO, highlighted that the system eliminates operational inefficiencies and unnecessary fees. The new funding will now accelerate the platform’s growth, expanding its capabilities for businesses and institutional clients. The latest investment round brings Altitude’s total funding to $42.9 million. With stablecoin technology at its core, the platform offers faster, cheaper, and more flexible financial operations. The company plans to use the funds to scale its infrastructure and attract more users seeking modern treasury solutions.
