Agicap partners with Chargebee to streamline global subscription billing
Agicap, a global leader in corporate cash management, has chosen Chargebee to upgrade its billing and revenue systems. The move aims to streamline operations as the company expands internationally. Chargebee's platform will handle Agicap's subscription model across multiple currencies and regions. Agicap provides a SaaS platform for real-time cash flow monitoring, supplier payments, and customer collections. With over 8,000 customers worldwide, the company faced challenges in managing its annual subscription model. Scaling across different currencies and legal entities made accurate reporting difficult and increased operational risks.
After evaluating billing platforms for months, Agicap selected Chargebee to modernise its monetisation stack. Chargebee specialises in automated recurring billing, modular pricing, and centralised contract management. Its system supports invoicing, renewals, and revenue workflows—key features for Agicap's growth.
Sebastien Beyet, Agicap's co-founder and CEO, highlighted Chargebee's ability to provide control and auditability for the next phase of expansion. Chargebee's Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Sant, also expressed pride in supporting Agicap's international development. The platform is already trusted by major companies like Zapier, Freshworks, and Condé Nast. The partnership will help Agicap manage its subscription-based revenue more efficiently. Chargebee's tools will simplify billing, reduce operational risks, and support further global scaling. The upgrade aligns with Agicap's goal of maintaining accurate financial reporting across markets.
